Kent Home Finders is an independent property consultant specialising in home search in West Kent and East Sussex in the UK, managed by me, Louise Streets. I am an experienced property consultant and home finder, and have been living in the Weald of Kent and surrounding area for much of my life.  I only work for you, the buyer, I’m the opposite of an estate agent who is only working for their seller.

Since moving down from London over twenty years ago, I have been enjoying life living on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells, having grown up in and attended school in Sevenoaks. As such I have an extensive knowledge of the area that comes from a first hand experience of day to day life in the area. I spent fifteen years as a fund manager in the City whilst at the same time buying and selling flats and helping friends find properties for themselves in London and Kent. Having three children who have been to schools in Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks, I’ve navigated all the school decision making processes and all the different school years, experiencing both ‘A’ Levels and the IB through them.

Today I take great pleasure in being a property search agent, helping buyers find their ideal property in West Kent and East Sussex including Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Sevenoaks areas down into East Sussex.  Over the last nine years I have met many interesting people, all looking for something slightly different and it’s a great feeling when clients move into a new home excited to begin another stage of life.
